About TWICE

TWICE is a nine-member girl group formed through the 2015 survival show Sixteen, made up of Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. They debuted in October 2015 with "Like Ooh-Ahh" and became known for their catchy, upbeat songs, including "Cheer Up", "TT", "Fancy" and "Feel Special". Their fans are known as ONCE. How to choose your TWICE design

Each TWICE design has its own number in the product name, so it is easy to find a favourite again or order a matching piece for a friend. Start by picking the item type you want, then look through the designs and open any product to see it in every available colour. Darker colours such as black and navy give a bold, streetwear look, while white, grey and pastel shades feel lighter and work well for daytime outfits. If you are buying for someone else, check which era or member they love most and choose a design that matches. You can also pair a piece of clothing with a mug for a complete gift set.

Sizing and care

Please check the size chart on each product before ordering. If you are between sizes, or you like a relaxed oversized look, we suggest choosing one size up. To keep the print looking its best, wash garments inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on the design. Mugs can be hand washed; gentle washing helps the print last longer.

Delivery, payment and returns

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only, and standard delivery is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 1–3 business days. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
