koreaboo.ae is operated by KOREA BOO PORTAL, Al Baraha, near Dubai Hospital, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Every Koreaboo UAE item is printed and made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size choice or personal preference. Please check the size chart and product details before ordering.
If anything is wrong with your order, we will make it right, free of charge.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
We will replace your item or give you a full refund if it:
- Arrives damaged or defective (for example a print fault or tear)
- Is not the item, size, colour or design you ordered
- Is missing from your order
How to report a problem
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery by email (info@koreaboo.ae) or WhatsApp (+971 56 467 1069).
- Send your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.
- Once approved, we arrange a free courier pick-up of the item. You do not pay any return shipping.
- You choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Items must be unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging where possible.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide.
- Replacements are dispatched within 3 business days of approval.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before printing starts. After production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us with your order number.
