Each gift is a printed ceramic coffee mug with a design and message made for the occasion, and many designs can be personalised with names or other details.

Every mug is printed to order, and new designs are added regularly, so it is worth checking back for fresh ideas.

How personalisation works

Ordering a personalised mug is simple. First, choose your design and place your order as normal. Then send us the names or details you would like printed by WhatsApp (+971 56 467 1069) or email at info@koreaboo.ae, together with your order number. We confirm everything with you before printing. Please double-check spelling, as we print exactly what you send. Personalised items may need an extra 1–3 business days.

Can I pay cash on delivery? Yes. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery anywhere in the UAE.

Delivery, payment and returns

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only, and standard delivery is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 1–3 business days. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
