Welcome to Koreaboo UAE (koreaboo.ae). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to all orders placed after it is published.
2. Products and orders
- Our products are printed and made to order. Colours may vary slightly from screen images.
- Please check sizes and any personalisation details (names, text, images) before ordering. We are not responsible for errors in details you provide.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; in that case you receive a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including secure card payments via Stripe.
- Orders are processed once payment is received.
4. Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within the UAE only, with free standard shipping on all orders.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations
- As items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced or refunded free of charge.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, before printing starts.

7. Website content
The website’s design, text and our own images may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Koreaboo UAE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
