We sell K-pop and anime inspired clothing (T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts), coffee mugs and printed gifts. Every design is fan-made and printed to order especially for you. Browse Shop by Brand or Shop by Category to find your favourites.

Your item is printed after you place your order, not taken from a shelf. This lets us offer every design in a range of colours, sizes and fits, and it is also why we cannot accept returns for change of mind (see Returns below).

Please check the size chart and product details before ordering. If you are between sizes, or you like a relaxed oversized fit, we suggest choosing one size up. Most of our clothing is available from XS to XXL with Male and Female fits.

Yes, our personalised gift mugs can include names and details. Simply place your order, then send us the names or details you would like printed by WhatsApp (+971 56 467 1069) or email at info@koreaboo.ae. We confirm everything with you before printing. Please double-check spelling, as we print exactly what you send.

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, including secure card payments via Stripe. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and your order is processed once payment is received.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all seven emirates. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard delivery is free on all UAE orders, with no minimum order value.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (personalised items may need an extra 1–3 business days) and are then delivered within 1–3 business days anywhere in the UAE. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Express same-day delivery within Dubai is available on request for selected items. Please message us on WhatsApp (+971 56 467 1069) before placing your order so we can confirm availability and timing.

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation with tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

Address changes are possible only before your order is dispatched, so please contact us as soon as possible. Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays can happen due to couriers, weather or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us and we will help right away. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Because every item is printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size choice or personal preference. If anything is wrong with your order, though, we will make it right free of charge.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery by email (info@koreaboo.ae) or WhatsApp (+971 56 467 1069) with your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. Once approved, we arrange a free courier pick-up and you choose a free replacement or a full refund. Items should be unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging where possible.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide. Replacements are dispatched within 3 business days of approval.

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, before printing starts, for a full refund. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us with your order number. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
