Return and Refund Policy of Koreaboo

TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND OF ORDERS

Returns

1.  Our return policy prohibits the following: (i) Products that fall into the category of non-returnable Products (for example, due to their intimate nature and hygienic standards, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for Products like Swimwear, Bikinis, Briefs, Panties, etc.) that are not suitable for returns due to their nature.
2. The Product may be returned if it is defective or unusable, of poor quality, missing parts, or different from what you ordered.
3. For a successful return pick-up, you must keep the Products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/sale receipt, original packaging, MRP tags attached, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.
4. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may be forced to send it back to you. In return, all goods will be inspected.
5. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Refund

1. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Third-party purchases are not refundable.
